About Chef:


Alan Nagoev has undergone rigorous training in haute cuisine: he graduated from two Italian academies – ICIF (Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners) and Barilla. He interned under chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants: Pierre Gagnaire (Les Menus, Lotte Hotel) and Christian Buenrostro (Four Seasons in Abu Dhabi). He studied Spanish cuisine during an internship at WOOD FIRE 11 restaurant. Alan worked in Ginza Project, Family, Novikov Group and Pierre’s TT Restaurant with 3 Michelin stars.
